The technical program for BCTM consists of one day of short courses (Sunday Sep. 28) given by noted industry experts, and two days (Monday and Tuesday, Sep. 29-30) of invited and contributed technical presentations. The technical sessions are organized according to the following topics : RF, device physics, process technology, CAD and modeling, analog design, power devices. In 2003, we will continue a tradition established in 2001 of having a Conference Banquet on the Monday evening. It will be the opportunity to taste a special sample of French gastronomy.
On the morning of Tuesday, September 30, there will be a Special Session on Emerging Technologies.
During the conference there will be an Exhibits area, where vendors of design, test and measurement equipment, CAD software, modeling software and services, and other products of interest to BCTM attendees. Come and see the latest and greatest offerings from these exhibitors.

On the Wednesday following the conference, there will be a series of technical tours arranged
. These will visit advanced technology industries in the Toulouse area, including the Airbus Industrie manufacturing line, Motorola, LAAS, and other sites to be announced.

Workshop on Compact Modeling for RF/Microwave Applications (click to visit the website)
A one-day workshop on Compact Modeling for RF/Microwave Applications is planned on Wednesday, October 1, following BCTM conference.

This workshop will give an excellent opportunity to compact model developers and circuit designers to get a reasonable picture of the state-of-the-art from the invited experts in the field and to participate in open discussion sections. The particular workshop goal will be to recognize the most important directions for the future development of RF/Microwave compact modeling and to clearly identify areas that need further resear
