ADMISSION. All interested persons are welcome to register for and attend BCTM. You do not need to be an IEEE member. Admission to sessions requires a BCTM badge. Conference registration includes hard copy and CDROM of the proceedings book, lunch on monday and tuesday and banquet. On-line registration is available this year. Secure credit card payment is provided. Anyway, classical way of payment (wire transfer, purchase order, check only from a French bank) can also be selected on the web site. A full refund is available if you cannot attend, and if you notify BCTM before
the pre-registration deadline. Those who are registered but do not attend will
receive the Proceedings (book & CDROM) by mail after the meeting.
