How to go to the DARS Banquet
Registration Desk: Participants may also register at LAAS on Wednesday June 23, between 8h15 and 12h00.
Paper presentation instructions: 20 minutes presentation per paper (including questions and answer period). A LCD projector will be available. Each speaker may bring his/her own laptop computer. If necessary, a computer will also be available (PowerPoint or PDF)
Transportation: A free bus will be available for DARS participants for transfer between downtown and LAAS.The bus will wait for DARS participants at Place Wilson (downtown Toulouse, at walking distance from all the hotels of the list).
The bus will stop at Place Wilson in front of Cinéma Gaumont.
Departure from Place Wilson towards LAAS:
- Wednesday June 23, 8h00
- Thursday, June 24: 8h20
- Friday, June 25: 8h20
Note that, on Friday 25, the bus will also go to the airport (estimated arrival at the airport: 17h30)
Internet access: Wire (Ethernet) and wireless access to Internet will be available in the vicinity of the Conference Room at LAAS.
DARS Social Event and Banquet: Thursday 24, 19h30 to 23h00 (Hotel d'Assézat)
DARS ceremony and banquet will take place downtown at hotel d'Assézat, a town mansion in the Renaissance style. A short visit of the Bemberg collection will be organized. Particularly rich in works from the Renaissance and the French modern school - notably with more than thirty Paintings by Pierre Bonnard - the collection also includes furniture, bronzes, books and a variety of works of art.
Hotel d'Assézat is located at Place d'Assézat, near rue de Metz. It is at walking distance from all the hotels in the list.
