| 18 h 30 | Welcome Reception provided by the town of Carcassonne in the Cellier des Vignerons (Cité intra-muros, see the Cité map). Speech by the Mayor of Cacassonne. |

| 12 h 30 | Departure by bus from the Cité of Carcassonne, Porte Narbonnaise (lunch will take the form of a quick buffet this day). A tourist guide will join. |
| 13 h 30 | Deposit of Group I at the outdoors activity Center « La Forge » in Quillan, for the rafting experience. Group II drives up to the Puilaurens Cathar Fortress at Lapradelle-Puilaurens. |
| 14 h | Guided visit of the Cathar Fortress of Puilaurens at Lapradelle-Puilaurens. |
| 15 h 30 | Group II leaves Lapradelle-Puilaurens. Drive back to the outdoors activity Center « La Forge ». |
| 16 h 30 - 17 h | Both groups leave « La Forge ». Drive to Limoux |
| 17 h 30 | Guided tour of the Sieur d’Arques Wine Caves, Avenue de Mauzac, Limoux. |
| 18 h 30 | Free time in Limoux. |
| 19 h 30 - 20 h | Workshop dinner at Restaurant « Moderne et Pigeon », 1 place du Général Leclerc, Limoux (see Limoux map). |
| Before 24 h | Drive back to the Cité of Carcassonne. |

Social Program Instructions
Please take note of the following requirements:
Instructions for the Rafting Group
- You must be able to swim
- Bring the following items with you: a swim suit, a towel, a shirt that can get wet, old gym shoes or wet suit booties
- Clothes to wear in the evening (there are showers at the rafting center; note that we will go directly to the workshop dinner restaurant without coming back to the hotel)
Instructions for the Cathar Fortress Group
You need confortable shoes.
From the visitors parking, the Puilaurens fortress is accessible with a 15mns steep trail walk. Depending on your fitness, you may prefer to walk up or/and down from the little village at the base of the hill to the visitors parking using an easy trail in the forest (+30mns for the way up).
Note that we will go directly to the workshop dinner restaurant without coming back to the hotel. Plan to take a change if you feel it necessary.
