REGISTRATION

All persons attending the conference will be required to register. Please register by returning the enclosed Registration Form. Registration can also be made by Fax or e-mail. In this case, it will be valid only after the payment has arrived.

Registration Fees

Before June 30 1800 FF - 275 euros
After June 30 2100 FF - 320 euros

Registration fees cover admission to the conference, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception and the Banquet.

Information and Registration Desk

An information and registration desk will be available at: LAAS, during the conference, from 8:30.

Payments are accepted in French Francs:

Cancellation

Refunds of 50% will be made if a written request is received before June 30, 2001. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

July 19: Banquet at Hotel d'Assezat, Toulouse downtown.

Accomodations

The organisers made the reservations of rooms in a student residence of an Engineering School very close to the conference site; this residence is located on the scientific campus, 30mn from the city center by bus. If you prefer an hotel downtown, you can find a selection of accomodations from the LAAS web site (select Events and Conferences, and then Congrès-Conferences). With the registration form, you can make a reservation request.

Reservation requests will be accepted only until June 15th; after that, you must do the reservation by yourself!
